We had so much fun!

Okay, if you weren't there you will not get the "Litter Box" but we had so much fun!  I will wait for someone to email me some photos and we will post them here.

Dear Leslee, what has been working well for me in getting the outlines smooth since I am not a good saw-er, is a sandpaper cylinder on the foredom flex shaft(run slowly) and also some white and pink stones that I got from the dental office. The sawing seems to go better if I stop and let the acrylic cool down periodically. Every once in a while the acrylic gets too hot and sticks to the blade (I am using monotooth blades per Bonny Doon's recommendations) Also, I the acrylic I bought from Bonny Doon did not have the melting problem I have had with the free stuff from the plastics store, so maybe it is a different grade. Still...it is working, I just have to go a little slower. Have fun with it and let us see! Love you, Julie
